Since 1983, the Neighborhood Counseling Center has provided comprehensive mental health services to Brooklyn and surrounding communities.

We are Licensed by the State of New York Office of Mental Health.

Neighborhood Counseling Center is staffed by a team of experienced and caring social workers and psychiatrists committed to our purpose. All demonstrate professional competence and an ability to connect and help the people in their care. Led by Dr. Nicoletta Pallotta, our staff are experienced in working with a diverse array of emotional issues and provide services in the field of individual therapy for women and men, family therapy and art and play therapy for children.
