LMSW (Online Counseling)

We are hiring Qualified and Experienced Counselors, able to see all ages including children.
It is a fee-for-service position.

Clinic Director (Full Time)

Experienced administrator/clinician to manage state licensed Article 31 clinic serving all age groups with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Well established agency with 35+ years in the community.
Qualifications: LCSW or Licensed Psychologist; minimum of 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in a clinical mental health setting; good management and clinical skills, knowledge of OMH clinic regulations. Highly competitive salary/benefits, pleasant work environment.

Child / Adult Psychiatrist (Part time)

Remote or in-person.

An experienced Child & Adult Psychiatrist. State Licensed Article 31 Clinic serving all age groups with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. The focus of work involves providing psychiatric assessments, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy for children, adolescent, and adult mental health disorders.

 

Financial Manager

Lead work streams related to Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Operating Planning; Produce monthly and quarterly financial insights and structure recommendations on business process optimization and resource allocation; Manage day-to-day financial operations, including revenue cycle, expense management, business development, relationship management and patient experience; Identify and measure key performance metrics for the evaluation of practice finances and ensure timely and accurate reporting; Provide financial advice and financial solutions for business needs; Discuss current utilization and outcomes metrics; analyze progress against pre-defined success factors; Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal soundness, with particular focus on procedures surrounding patient billing, collections, and asset tracking and management; Coordinate all client-facing activities including credit support and other product partners. Responsible for the financial aspects of the practice, including clinical revenue cycle and expense management, budget development and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: Must have BA or equivalent in Business/Economics.
