Substance Use Recovery Group:
The Substance Use Recovery Group is a structured psychoeducational and skills-based therapy group that integrates harm reduction and trauma-informed care while supporting individuals across all stages of change. The group aims to provide a safe, supportive environment where participants can build coping skills, increase insight into triggers, and strengthen motivation for recovery using the evidence-based Seeking Safety model. It is designed for adults 18+ with substance use concerns, including those in early recovery or experiencing co-occurring mental health symptoms, who can safely participate in a group setting. The group focuses on reducing substance use risk, improving emotional regulation, and fostering peer support, accountability, and engagement in recovery.

Men’s Support Group:
For adult men in the 20 to 60 age range struggling to cope with stressors causing anxiety and depressive symptoms. Focus is to promote personal growth, addressing issues pertaining to toxic masculinity, romantic and interpersonal difficulties. The group will offer a supportive framework for self-expression and the development of coping skills.

Still Parenting: Supporting Teens & Adult Children Without Losing Yourself:
Offers a supportive space for parents and caregivers to process the emotional challenges of parenting teens and young adults, including communication breakdowns, conflict, boundary-setting, guilt, and feelings of disconnection. The group focuses on strengthening emotional regulation, building healthier parent-child communication, and supporting caregivers in staying connected while respecting independence.

Support Group for Seniors 60+:
This therapeutic support group for adults age 60+ provides a structured and supportive space to discuss emotional challenges related to aging, life transitions, grief, and social isolation. Through guided discussion and peer interaction, members build meaningful connections while developing healthier coping skills and improving emotional well-being. This group offers a safe, welcoming place to share experiences, receive emotional support, and connect with others navigating similar life changes.

Women’s Life Transition Support Group:
For women in their 20s to early 30s who are navigating transitions in career, relationships, or life direction. The group is especially supportive for individuals who feel they lack role models or guidance—such as first-generation college students or first-generation immigrants—and who may not feel fully understood by family or peers. The group offers a warm, consistent space to share experiences, receive validation, and connect with others facing similar uncertainties, with an emphasis on mutual support, reflection, and reducing feelings of isolation.

Confident Parenting:
Parenting isn't easy—but you don't have to do it alone. This group will help parents develop new skills, better understand their children's behavior, and learn healthy ways to manage stress. Through guided discussions and interactive activities, participants will gain tools to navigate challenges and become more confident, intentional parents.

Social Anxiety Group:
For adult men and women which will focus on the following theme: Don't let social anxiety have power over you and hold you back from enhancing your relationships or career! Offers a safe, supportive non-judgmental environment to learn the social skills needed to feel more relaxed, comfortable and secure in social settings.

Neurodivergent Support Group:
Offers a supportive environment to discuss challenges at work, with family and friends and in everyday social situations. These topics extend beyond special needs related concerns, often including managing anxiety, improving social skills, developing empathy and providing mutual validation. Members tend to be high functioning, many of whom are in college or employed full time.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for Adults 21+
A cognitive behavioral modality that helps with the regulation of intense emotions, distress tolerance, impulse control, interpersonal effectiveness and improving relationships. Mindfulness techniques are a core component.

Seeking Self Women’s Support Group:
For adult women 18 and over, designed to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for adult women to explore personal growth while managing anxiety, fear, and stress related to past or current experiences. The group focuses on empowerment, skill-building, and mutual support to reduce isolation and strengthen self-compassion, and self-advocacy. Through shared connection members are supported in moving from survival toward a more grounded and thriving sense of self.
